Day 16 of 30
Day 16 of 30
I’m sharing a real photo of my real body once a day for 30 days as an experiment. I have no idea what this will bring, but I’m open to the outcomes!
PS It’s “Wilhelm Wednesday” so my incredible, sweet, smart, sexy partner is in the photos, too!
🌞 I feel myself doubling down on my strengths, and letting go of my obsession with my weaknesses (for example, I see progress in my body and don’t immediately zone in on my muffin top in these photos)
🌞 I’m working out out of respect for my body - I’ve stopped telling myself I’m pathetic because I’m not perfect
🌞 I found this shoot easier than the first one
🌙 Quickly learning the value of taking these photos early in the day, so I don’t encounter so much resistance / excuses when I try to squeeze them in in the evenings
🌙 I’m glad to have met a little resistance to this experiment, honestly… I grew through learning of other’s who don’t understand / like / etc this. It felt very uncomfortable (a few tears, as much from built up energy over the weekend long retreat I’ve been at as from this actual event) but I’m all about that growth!!
🌙 I’m OBSESSED with my husband right now - I think it’s a combo of how much this experiment has reminded me we’re a TEAM + we were apart for 4 nights and I honestly crave snuggling up next to him after that. He’s been super affectionate, little loving strokes across my hand, little squeezes, he even pulled me to him in his sleep and softly kissed my forearm - I nearly died.
🌙 Wilhelm & I mapped out our favorite connection and education activities and chose some of the magic that will happen at our Cincinnati staycation retreat!!
🌙 Had two meetings with coaches I admire and adore today… left both so much better & so much more ME, in such different ways. I love opening myself up to be challenged
🌙 I learned a little about my human design today (do you know what this is?) and am settling into my “projector”-ness & using my inherent gifts & strengths to show up better for me and for those I serve!
🌙 If you’re still reading this, what’s your favorite compliment you’ve ever been given?
